"Ankit, I'm sorry you had that experience w/ our office. Honestly, we appreciate positive & negative feedback. Both narratives help us become a better office from an efficiency standpoint. I'm very familiar w/ your situation. I truly believe your frustration comes from a lack of understanding during a busy time in your life. Based off our documentation (which is dated & time stamped in the computer), you were given plenty of time & explanation to resolve the issue with your quoted price. If so, our initial quoted price would have been accurate. We realize that you were building a home & that can be stressful for people. Some details in other parts of your life can fall through the cracks (like insurance). In turn, some of those oversights can cost the consumer money & that's what happened. As always, we are still willing to resolve the issue if you follow the simple guidance that you were provided on your initial quote & on numerous occasions since that time. If so, I'm sure the price you were quoted will be identical to the price you pay. Even though I feel bad about your initial experience, I still hope to work with you in the future. I believe it will benefit you from a cost standpoint. I'm certain everyone can learn from this situation & we can have a favorable working relationship from an insurance standpoint. "
